Barriere has been recognized by the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) with a 2022 Construction Industry Safety Excellence (CISE) Award.
In the category of heavy construction contractors with annual work hours between 500,000 and 3 million, Barriere was awarded top honors with first place. Jerome Bettinelli (Construction Group Manager – Industrial) and Ben Perrin (Business Development Manager) accepted the award on Barriere’s behalf at CURT’s Awards of Excellence Celebration in Tucson, Arizona, on November 15, 2022.
With applications open to owners, contractors and associations throughout the United States and Canada, the CISE Awards program was established to recognize companies that stand out for commendable safety management and safety improvements.
CURT is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting safer, more cost-effective construction methods. In putting a spotlight on the safety achievements and best practices exemplified by the winners of its 21st annual CISE awards, CURT aims to amplify the kind of peer-to-peer learning that helps the industry continue its progress toward improving construction site safety across the United States, Canada and beyond.
