Barriere Construction is pleased to announce we have earned Highwire’s Platinum Safety Award – a recognition reserved for companies achieving a score of 95-100% in the Highwire Safety Assessment Program. 

Highwire conducts detailed assessments of safety systems and programs to mitigate contractor risk. Their Safety Assessment Program evaluates companies to determine a safety score from 1-100%. Highwire calculates this score by taking various safety components into account such as a company’s EMR, DART, recordable cases, OSHA experience and more. 

While there are no awards for safety scores below 85%, companies registering a safety score from 85-94% receive the Gold Safety Award. Highwire’s most prestigious award, the Platinum Safety Award, is reserved for those who achieve a safety score of 95-100%.
