LA 70: Ascension P/L W to Ascension P/L E in Ascension and St. James Parishes

The two individual scopes of this LA 70 project were separated by the Sunshine Bridge, a cantilever bridge over the Mississippi River in St. James Parish. The east bank scope consisted of a mill (3.5”- 4”) and 2 lift overlays (1.5”- 2” lifts) with full shoulder reconstruction, while the west bank scope was a 2” mill and overlay.
