The Project had two components – civil and mechanical – with a firm January 30, 2019 delivery deadline. The civil deliverable was a double-level secondary containment system under and around eleven operational phosphoric acid tanks. The mechanical deliverable involved reconfiguration and repurposing of process piping and pumps related to the civil work, including temporary configurations to keep the plant open during construction.
