This project highlights a major landscape transformation achieved through advanced construction and engineering. Beginning in August 2023, crews removed over 58,000 square yards of brick pavers and excavated 88,500 cubic yards of earth before constructing seven high-mast light pole foundations with full electrical installation. They then placed 58,000 cubic yards of concrete at an 18.5-inch thickness for lasting durability and installed 2,200 linear feet of new railroad track. Completion occurred at the end of October 2025.
