Lakeshore Villages – Phases 4A & 5

D.R. Horton Inc. – Gulf Coast, a division of the number one home builder by volume in the U.S, hired four main contractors and various third-party utility providers for the expedited, phased construction of 2,000 home-ready lots and related infrastructure on its 2,000-acre residential development. Despite extensive coordination with other contractors, scope expansion, scheduling demands, and wet soil conditions exacerbated by rain, the Project is on track to be completed safely (with a single OSHA recordable in approximately 42,000 work hours), on budget, and ahead of an aggressive schedule.
