Barriere increased the facility’s capacity and efficiency by installing concrete foundations and 25’ walls with soil cement pads and constructing an electrical duct bank and dust suppression piping. Because of the team’s quality work and innovation, Kinder Morgan added $2.2 million of work to re-engineer and reconstruct the berms from future phases done by other contractors.
