MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Barriere Mentorship Program connects our established top talent’s expertise and experience to the development of New Hires through the promotion of proper work techniques in SAFETY, QUALITY, and PRODUCTION. The Program stands alone and is part of our On-the-Job Training Program.
ALL New Hires are assigned a Mentor and required to complete a working book during the two-month Program that integrates them into Barriere’s Culture of Care. Setting new employees up for success in this way keeps everyone as safe as possible and affords Mentors the opportunity to pass along wisdom while earning extra cash dependent upon mentee engagement level and retention.
