As part of our ongoing commitment to growth and development, we are excited to announce a significant leadership transition at Barriere, effective January 1, 2025.

Jason Latiolais, who has served as President of Barriere Construction since 2022, will be transitioning to a new role as President of APAC Mississippi/Tennessee. Since joining Barriere in 2008, Jason has played an instrumental role in the company’s success, leading all three of Barriere’s asphalt groups and overseeing several of our largest projects, including the award-winning French Branch Project. His leadership and expertise have been key in driving Barriere’s growth and operational excellence. Jason and his family will be relocating to Jackson, Mississippi, to take on this new leadership opportunity in the Midsouth Region.

To ensure seamless leadership transition, we are pleased to announce Justin White as the new President of Barriere Construction. Justin, who has been with Barriere for several years, has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing operations, project delivery, and team development. His deep understanding of the company’s values and commitment to operational excellence make him the ideal choice to lead Barriere as we continue our path of growth and innovation.

These leadership changes underscore Barriere’s focus on attracting, developing, and promoting top industry talent. Under Justin’s leadership, Barriere will continue to build on its legacy of delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil construction projects, on time and under budget, every time.
